Withdrawal Instructions and Model Form

Withdrawal Instructions: if you buy paid Credits as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract.

Withdraw from contract: send your clear statement by email to mailto:[email protected]. An automated refund workflow is not enabled in production yet; while Stripe payments are not live, this mailbox is the prepared online withdrawal channel.

Effects of withdrawal: if you withdraw within 14 days, unused paid Credits are refunded proportionally according to the actual purchase price. Credits already used for successfully provided digital service are not refunded. Free or gifted Credits are not refunded.
