Last updated: 14 July 2026. Resonate27 is a personality profile analysis and matching platform operated by Changhai Yu as an individual. The service is available only to people who are at least 18 years old. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The age condition is part of these Terms and is not presented as a separate marketing choice.

Resonate27 is not a medical, psychotherapy, legal, career, or other professional advisory service. PX27/Resonate27 values, personality types, similarity scores, and match suggestions are technical and informational signals. There is no guarantee of accuracy, compatibility, psychological validity, reply, relationship, friendship, or real-world meeting.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions are truthful, lawful, and authorized for your use. Do not submit third-party, confidential, unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, harmful, or copyright-infringing content.

Misuse is prohibited, including harassment, spam, scraping, automated bulk access, reverse engineering, attacks on systems, bypassing security controls, deceiving other users, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

Matching works as blind-box matching within the selected region. Profiles, photos, or feeds are not browsed beforehand. After a successful match, avatar, greeting, profile summary, and chat access may become visible.

Email addresses are shown to match partners only if the relevant person has enabled match email visibility. Emails already sent cannot be recalled. You can unsubscribe from future match emails, hide your email address, delete your PX27/Resonate27 profile, or delete your account.

You can end a conversation, block and end it, or report a conversation or public share. Blocking also prevents future matching between the two accounts. Reports must be made in good faith and may be reviewed for safety and legal compliance.

During the free launch period, PAYMENTS_ENABLED=false: Matching and Discover are free to use, no Credits are deducted, and no Wallet or purchase flow is offered. Existing anti-abuse limits, including one pending match request per person, still apply.

Payments are available only when PAYMENTS_ENABLED=true and Stripe is configured for production. Stripe Checkout may show cards, PayPal, eligible wallets, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Link depending on Stripe Dashboard settings, account eligibility, device, location, and checkout conditions. Before payment, you must tick a box that is not preselected and expressly request that Resonate27 starts providing the digital service right away. The payment button says Buy now with obligation to pay. This confirmation does not remove all withdrawal rights by itself.

Paid Credits generally have a 14-day withdrawal right. If you withdraw within 14 days, unused paid Credits are refunded proportionally according to the actual purchase price. Credits already used for successfully provided service are not refunded. Free or gifted Credits are not refunded.

After 14 days, refunds are generally not provided except for duplicate charges, technical failures, service not provided, or mandatory legal rights. Stripe payment and automated refunds are prepared in code, but while PAYMENTS_ENABLED=false they must not be understood as live.

We may suspend accounts, content, public shares, or access where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal enforcement, or protection of other users.

The service may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued. Statutory rights remain unaffected; beyond that, liability applies only under applicable law.
