Delete Account / Data Request

You can permanently delete your account from Dashboard > Settings. Resonate27 removes the user account, OAuth link, Resonate27 and profile data, all match requests and history, chat data, email jobs, and public share pages. Payment-related RECHARGE or REFUND accounting rows that contain an amount are retained without a user ID or personal metadata where legally required.

You can delete only Resonate27 data from Dashboard > Settings. The account remains, but you cannot participate in matching until you submit your Resonate27 vector again and rejoin the pool.

For access, export, correction, consent withdrawal, notification opt-out, or California privacy requests, use the contact address in the legal notice. Automated JSON export is reserved for a later backend task.
